A MESSAGE FROM YOUR PRESIDENT

Here it is, another new year.  For Junior Auxiliary of Taney County, however, this time is the “beginning of the end” of our year with the Trivia Challenge, JA week, and the Induction dinner where our Provisionals become members and a new Executive Board is installed.

As I look to complete my time as the twenty-second President, I think back to when I joined JA.  I looked at the possibility of “giving back” to my community and making new friends in the process.  I have had the opportunity to volunteer with children and families of Taney County through Santa’s Gift House, The Women’s Crisis Center, Homework Helpers, Learners Today, Leaders Tomorrow, Prom Dress, and more.

JATC gives many volunteer hours to our community each year.  Many volunteers are needed to support our projects and many volunteers are needed to make our Annual Trivia Challenge a fun and exciting night with a silent auction, raffle, and a 50/50 cash raffle for the Women’s Crisis Center Playground.

JATC would not survive without the wonderful women who volunteer their time. Service is a mainstay to our organization, and I am proud to serve with you.
